How to connect control wires inside an electric valve device
view :
The precision small electric actuators equipped with six wire electric valves are divided into switch type and regulating type, and consist of drive switch control and signal feedback control. The six wiring terminals of the switch type six wire electric valve have the following functions: 1, 2, and 3 are for drive control, and 4, 5, and 6 are for signal feedback control;
1. When 2 is connected, the valve opens while keeping 4 and 5 in a loop, providing feedback on the electric valve opening signal;
1. When 3 is connected, the valve closes while maintaining a loop of 4 and 6, providing feedback on the electric valve closing in place signal. The six wiring terminals of the adjustable six wire electric valve have the following functions:
1. 2 is for electric drive control, which can be connected to AC220V or DC24V power supply voltage (if 380V voltage is required, please specify separately).
3. 4 is input signal control, which can receive 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V voltage signal.
5. 6 is for output signal feedback control, which can provide corresponding feedback of 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V voltage signal for remote operation and control.
Electric valves are generally driven by motors, which are more resistant to voltage surges. Electromagnetic valves are quick opening and quick closing, generally used in places with low flow and low pressure, requiring high switching frequency. Electric valves are the opposite. The opening of the electric valve can be controlled, with states including open, closed, and half open/half closed. It can control the flow of medium in the pipeline, but solenoid valves cannot meet this requirement.
